(Option 2) How to make a bespoke Jacket - beginners /intermediate Level
This course is suitable for students who have completed either the beginners’ course or have a basic knowledge in hand sewing and is competent in using a thimble.
Students have either a choice of making a check or plain cloth jacket. (The process is the same for both jackets). If you choose a plan cloth, you are not required to follow the matching techniques.
This course is designed to equip students using step by step video tutorials on how to:
*Cut and fully construct a jacket, Hand sewing buttonholes, Finishing and Pressing.
*Students will also benefit from up to 6 hours private tuition throughout the duration of the course (via zoom)
*Students will be provided with a Pattern and a Jacket making pack.
You will be provided with a Men’s pattern size 38. If You prefer a different size please email directly after purchasing. Note: your first jacket should be for practicing, unless you are an advance student. We advise to keep it simple by making a small size jacket as it’s easier to handle.
